How do I get my tv back, when I accidently hit "RGB" on the remote?

I was fussing with some buttons on my remote for my vizio tv and was trynna get pip to work and ended up hitting the button labbeled "RGB" I dont know hwt ait means and now if you turn the tv on, the screen is blue and up top it says "NO SIGNAL" and shuts off in like 10 secs, I tryed removing the batteries from teh remote for 30 mins but no luck, I figure it is some control I switched in the tv, and dont know if unplugging it will fix it, and if that will erase any other settings on the tv.
I have tryed every button on the remote, and nada.
Any suggestions?

Press the RGB button a 2nd or 3rd time to see if it cycles to other Video INPUTS.....continue until you get to Cable.
